About Kerry Obrist

Kerry Obrist

Kerry Obrist is a legally blind photographer living outside Chicago. Her photography career as an exhibitor in juried art shows across Chicago, Milwaukee and NYC. Kerry has a unique perspective that she displays across varied subject matter. Starting with 35mm film, she only transitioned to digital in 2018 when she could no longer see through the viewfinder of her trust3d old Pentax SLR camera. Kerry finds inspiration all around her from everyday objects to exotic landscapes and streetscapes captured during her foreign travels to places like South Africa, Cuba and China.
